All Letters of Invitation should be submitted on church/ministry letterhead and e-mailed, faxed or mailed to:

- Please include dates, times and type of event you are hosting in your invitation. (If you have flexibility with your dates, include that information as well in the event that your first choice is not available).
- Due to the volume of requests, we receive Letters of Invitation submitted by e-mail, fax and mail.
- All responses to Letters of Invitations will be handled by phone or fax.
